Service Description

Our rapid service detailing process begins with a meticulous cleaning of the wheels, addressing the faces, barrels, and arches with a thorough flushing and washing. To prepare the exterior, a pre-wash and a thick layer of snow foam are applied to encapsulate and lift surface contaminants before a comprehensive pre-rinse. We then employ a two bucket wash method, to ensure a swirl-free clean for both the paintwork and wheels. For the more intricate areas, soft exterior brushes are used to gently dislodge stubborn dirt. The contact wash is performed using a paint-safe, specific shampoo and premium microfiber wash mitts to protect the vehicle's finish. Following the wash, the vehicle is carefully towel-dried throughout. To complete the exterior, a water-based, tire-safe dressing is applied to give the tires a clean, finished look. Moving to the interior, the cabin, including the over mats and tailgate area, is thoroughly vacuumed. Soft brushes are utilized to delicately remove dust and dirt from upper cabin areas such as air vents and driver controls. All interior surfaces and trims are then meticulously wiped down to remove any remaining dust and grime. Finally, the glass is cleaned to a streak-free shine, and a pleasant air freshener is applied to leave the cabin smelling fresh and clean.


Cancellation Policy

Ultimate Transport Valet: Booking Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 1 January 2025 Placing a booking signifies your acceptance of these terms. 1. Bookings & Payment All appointments require a 25% non-refundable deposit to be confirmed. The final price is determined after an on-site vehicle inspection, with potential surcharges for heavily soiled vehicles. The remaining balance is due upon service completion. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your booking without forfeiting the deposit. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be charged the full service fee. If we must cancel, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund of your deposit. 3. Client Responsibilities & Liability Clients are responsible for removing all personal items from their vehicle before the service. Ultimate Transport Valet accepts no liability for any personal belongings left inside. It is crucial that clients disclose any known pre-existing damage, faults, or areas of particular sensitivity at the time of the pre-service inspection. We cannot be held liable for any issues arising from undeclared faults. Our total liability is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided. To ensure your complete satisfaction, please inspect your vehicle with our technician upon completion and raise any service-related issues immediately for rectification. 4.
